1. GETTING STARTED
Once you have entered Deal Room, you will see a
list of your Events at the entrance page.
2. WELCOME TO DEAL ROOM
3. SET UP YOUR PROFILE
When you go to an event for the first time,
you will be asked to provide a user Profile
for the event you are joining.
- Fill your user Profile fully and correctly to
make sure the right people find you, connect
with you and meet you during the event
NEW USER EXISTING USER
New users need to sign up
to Deal Room.
Enter your
- First name
- Surname
- a valid Email address
- a Password
Click on sign up
Check your email for the
activation link
If you already have a
Deal Room account:
- Log in using your email
and password
From the left bar, you can also
Browse your Connections
View your Events
Edit your Profile
Log out of Deal Room
Get live chat Support

event, please give us a few more Details about your interests at
this event.
- Select your Participant Type from the drop-down menu.
- Questions presenting to you depend on the event you
are going to.
- Some typical questions are those that related to the
industries you are interested in.

headshot to add a photo.

3. CUSTOM SEARCH AND FILTER
Use the sort - by Company, Name, Relevance
or Registration Date to find the right contacts
You can sort participants' names in ascending or
descending alphabetical order
Go through the list of Event Participants
Click on any participant's profile picture to
see more information about that person
and his/her interests
If their interests match yours, you can invite
them to Meet or Chat

Create your own Personal Agenda and
check out the Event Program (if applicable)

2. CONNECT AND SEND
MEETING INVITATIONS
Meet Chat
Click to invite
someone to a 1 to 1 meeting
A message box will pop up and
there you can specify when and
where you want to meet
Click INVITE to send the meeting
invitation
Once your invitation is accepted,
you will receive a notification with
the accepted time slot from the
invitee
Click
If you have connected with the
participant through meeting invitation.
Click CONNECT to send a connection
request to the participant
Otherwise, a connection request
box will pop up
You can send messages to the
participant, once he/she has
accepted your request to connect
You can see the list of your
connections by clicking on
"Connections" on the left-hand side
menu and chat with them
Use the Filters for Participant Type, and other
possible categories depending on the event
View participants in a List view (for less info) or
Card view (for more info)

Check which notifications you would like to
receive from Deal Room
1. CHECK INVITATIONS
RECEIVED AND SENT
Browse through the meeting invitations and connection
requests you have Received and Sent
Accepting invitations
2. AGENDA
PERSONAL AGENDA EVENT AGENDA
Personal agenda consists of The event agenda consists of various
program elements.
You can choose to join any session
of the event where applicable
When accepting invitations received,
you need to select one of the
available meeting slots.
Deal Room shows available slots of
both parties and tables. In case they
are fully booked, you won't see them.
Waiting
Accept
Reject
Remember to Accept, Reschedule or Reject them
Invitation and request status
During the event, you can check your
Personal agenda and the Event Program
Arranged meetings
Event programs you are joining
Any off time you have set
NOTE: Some events may not upload Event
Program to Deal Room. In this case, you
will only see Deal Room sessions
ADD OFF TIME
Select the Date
Choose the Start Time
Choose the End Time
Click Add
4. UPDATE YOUR PROFILE
ENJOY NETWORKING ON DEAL ROOM !
NOTE: Meeting Reminders
are sent by email and SMS.
We strongly recommend to
keep meeting reminder
notifications on.
Go to your profile
Click NOTIFICATION
Click "Profile" tab on the menu
Update information of user, company, and
answers to question set
Click on CONNECT MAIL if you want to
connect all your email addresses and
have a single profile
To check how other participants view
your profile, go to COMPANY and click
PREVIEW
Remember to save your changes by clicking on
SAVE at the top right corner
