I would like to recognize DeMarcus Strange. I asked him if he would be interested in doing a presentation at one of
our Forums, for all of our contractors. He had a very short window to prepare and develop a Power Point that
included a poster. The Topic was Hazard Analysis and Risk Control (HARC) and how to use the Pocket HARC.
DeMarcus did the presentation, generating a lot of participation from the audience and held a poster session
afterwards that gave contractors an one on one conversations for those that had additional questions. DeMarcus also
provided handouts for the Contractors as well.
He did so well I asked if he would do the next Forum which was less than a month away in the Panhandle. He
agreed and mentioned he would enjoy the opportunity. Here again a flawless presentation, generating participation
on short notice. Thank you DeMarcus for your professionalism, your continued commitment to Safety and your
time, it was a pleasure.
Sincerely,
Clay R. Hoover
