We Mold Solutions for All Plastic Needs
Frac & Diverter Balls
1
1
We manufacture hydraulic fracturing balls, or “Frac” balls, in a variety of sizes
using both thermoset compound and thermoplastic resins. Our specialty
manufacturing process controls precise tolerances for diameters, specific
gravity, and weights. This proven formula ensures the parts can withstand
extreme temperatures, pressures, and other environmental conditions.

Davies molds frac balls using various
materials in both Compression
Molding and Injection Molding.
Standard Sizes range from 7/8” –
4.00” diameter. Specific Gravity,
Material specs, Domestic production
all mean that your Frac Ball needs can
be met by Davies Molding.
Contact Mark Pelnar, Technical Sales Director
at MPelnar@Daviesmolding.com

We offer a wide variety of
thermoset and thermoplastic
materials for your Frac Ball
project. PEEK, Nylon, and Torlon
are some of the materials that
we've use to manufacture frac
balls. Contact us with your
project requirements and we
will build the product to fit your
project needs.

Frac Baffles and Balls
(Free-Fall Plugs)
When the ball and baffle multiple-stage
fracturing technique is used, one or more
casing baffles are installed on the completion
string as it is run. These baffles are located
between the zones to be stimulated.
Depending on treating string size, as many as
five baffles may be installed, providing
for up to a six-stage fracturing treatment.
