process%of%work%for%the%project.
It%was%easy%to%communicate%
with%Davide,%because%he%is%
open%to%feedback%and%feels%free%
to%ask%for%help.
Davide%finished%his%work%on%
time,%or%asked%for%postponing%
the%deadline%for%the%objective%
cause.
Davide%is%very%open%person,%he%
is%ready%to%express%his%opinion%
and%share%his%ideas.
It%was%easy%and%comfortable%to%
work%with%Davide.%It%is%easy%to%
communicate%with%him,%
because%he%is%opened%to%
everything%new,%has%good%ideas%
and%knows%how%to%realise%them.
Davide%really%took%his%tasks%seriously%in%a%intrested%
way.%%When%other%team%member%didn't%like%his%idea,%
he%had%no%problem%with%it.%%Davide%came%up%with%
good%ideas%like%extra%service%for%earth%coffee.%%He%had%
good%initiative%for%the%actions%relating%the%tasks.
Always%intrested%in%having%my%opinion.%%And%was%
happy%to%give%his%opinion%on%my%work.%%He%expressed%
his%ideas%very%clearly%mentionning%how%it%could%work.%%
He%didn't%hesitate%to%ask%a%question%when%he%needed.
His%tasks%were%handed%in%time.%%We%always%aranged%
together%the%plannings.%%%%Davide%had%good%initiatives.%%
And%took%the%time%and%effort%to%finish%his%work.
Always%says%what%he%has%on%his%mind.%%He%is%also%very%
open%minded%towards%differences%in%
personality/culture%and%often%joke%about%it.%%Davide%is%
always%there%for%others%maybe%even%before%himself.
