· Customized first-generation SugarCRM (and subsequent generations) for in-house support desk and skills-
based resource management.
· Increased accounting staff productivity 65% by batch-automating superfluous tasks.
· Supported corporate infrastructure change to a distributed/remote agent model, by implementing and
maintaining Win2000/2003/2008 Terminal Services.
· From a Unix-based flat-file database, developed web-based operational/accounting/executive reporting.

utility creation capability, by replacing flat-file Unix based TMS system with a Window’s UI and Oracle
backend.
· Enhanced enterprise system support by migrating bespoke applications from Linux platform to Windows
servers hosted on-site; later migrating on-site Windows server farm to off-site cluster hosting facility for
improved security and redundancy.
· Partnered with CFO and Scotia Bank to expand services to Canadian-based entities laying the foundation for
global expansion.
· Coordinated outsourcing of digital document management and back-office busywork, freeing corporate staff
to focus on growth strategies.
