2. History
• Established in 1857.
• Fratelli Cosulich is a family-owned worldwide
shipping group with 160 years of history spanning
several areas of the shipping industry.
• The group's main areas of business are liner, tramp,
yacht and cruise agency, ship management, bunkering,
freight forwarding and NVOCC, travel agency,
trading, shipowning, custom broking, IT and real
estate.

3. General Overview
• We have been conducting our Catering Service since 1946.
• A well fed crew is a happy and safe crew, around 4,000 seafarers and rig
staff a day sit down to fresh, well presented food purchased, cooked and
served through Fratelli Cosulich catering and victualling contracts.
• The operators benefit from fixed daily rates and the comfort of knowing that
the important but time consuming details of keeping the staff well fed are
being taken care of. Full catering services are also being provided to
passenger ferries operating at the Adriatic Sea.
• Our Catering Department is successfully handling Marine and Offshore
catering contracts worldwide serving over 4,000,000 meals per year

9. Cargo Vessels
Currently we are servicing 26 units
Our activities for clients with Cargo Vessels cover the
following :
 Victualling service on man x day rate basis contract
 Service is provided world-wide or in agreed trading
routes supplying needed products taking into
consideration the length of the voyage and different
crew menu at competitive man x day rates.
 Service includes cooks selection, onboard products
stock control as well as hygiene procedures.
 Our suppliers are all I.S.S.A (International Ship
Suppliers Association)members.

10. Oil Offshore Units
Currently we are servicing 21 units
Our activities for clients with Oil Offshore Units cover the
following :
 Full Catering service offshore Brazil and WW on
competitive Man x day rate basis
 Service is provided onboard offshore units granting
products, related logistic services and catering
personnel.
 Activity is mainly based in Brazil, where we provide
high standard service at competitive prices.
 Fleet of DNV offshore certified containers.

11. Ferry Passenger Vessels
Currently we are servicing 3 units
Our activities for clients with Ferry
Passenger Vessels cover the following:
 Service is provided onboard Ferry
Passenger Vessels trading between Italy
and Albania
 We provide Food & Beverages Managers,
Cooks, Duty Free Managers and Cashiers
employment.
 Service includes cooks selection, onboard
products stock control as well as hygiene
procedures.
