David worked as part of my team in the South West and Wales Regional Procurement Unit at the Ministry of
Justice on an interim appointment basis for the period June to December 2009.
David supported the PQQ element of a large and complex OJEU tender to establish a framework
arrangement for Estates Professional Services for the entire Ministry of Justice.
During his time at the Ministry, he proved himself to be both reliable and dedicated to delivery. David is a
team player with good interpersonal skills who managed stakeholders well. He has a professional attitude
