ABOUT THE PROGRAM
PARENTS: We provide players
and their teammates injury
prevention training during cold
weather in a large inside room and
during warm weather in an open
field.
We offer INDIVIDUAL and
GROUP training (for up to 6
players). Our training is focused
on teaching your athlete proper
techniques in:
Warm-up exercises
Agility training
Strength / plyometrics
Balance exercises
Stretching
Depending on age and level of
competition, most programs require
little equipment. Equipment varies
from cones, bands, weights, medicine
balls, balance devices and plyometric
boxes.
Our program is delivered by
trained professionals who are able
to coordinate effectively with your
athlete’s coach(es). Program cost
is $40 per hour for single players
and $100 per hour for group
training.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR
Josh Halas, DPT— graduated from
Oakland University and earned his
Doctor of Physical Therapy and
Bachelors of Science degrees with
a Major in Health Sciences, and a
Minor in Exercise Science. Josh, a
former hockey and soccer player himself,
started providing program instruction in
2011 and has significant experience in
working with youth soccer/hockey teams.
Josh has been with David Gilboe
and Associates for 9 years.
