VALUE STATEMENT
Our team of experienced professionals offers a
combination of forward-looking strategies within a
wealth management program. We provide our
clients with investment advice and solutions to help
them to navigate through an ever-changing financial
environment. With a commitment to building long-
term relationships and to understanding clients’
unique financial situations, we design and actively
manage customized investment portfolios. Each
portfolio is aligned to meet our clients’ goals. Our
portfolios are developed using a relative strength-
based strategy which attempts to identify asset
classes that are outperforming others and may
continue to outperform in current markets.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our goal is to manage and grow our clients’ assets to
meet their individual needs and objectives. These
goals may include simply protecting their present
wealth, building funds for retirement or providing a
fixed monthly income. We work closely with our
clients to understand their needs and concerns. We
also strive to educate our clients on our investment
approach and the methods we apply in response to
changing market and economic conditions.
Understanding that our role is to act as the manager
of our clients’ financial assets, we apply resources and
strategies that we believe will advance our clients’
objectives. Our team approach combines our
individual strengths to provide our clients with the
depth of resources and breadth of services required
in today’s uncertain and volatile investment
environment.
OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES
PROTECT – Principal protection can be more important
than principal appreciation. For example, a 30% loss
of principal requires a 42.8% appreciation to recoup
the loss. At a 7% annual return, it would take five
years to be whole again.
PERFORM – Relative strength – measuring which asset
classes are expected to outperform on a relative basis
– is the investment discipline that drives our
investment decisions. Cash can out-perform at
various points in time. Risk management is our
guiding principal.
PROVIDE – Realistic income and portfolio expectations
make investing less uncertain and less stressful for
the long haul.
Typically, supply and demand is a major factor in all
markets. Point and Figure1 charting is a method we
use to attempt to measure and determine the risk of
the markets versus the reward. With relative
strength as our guide, we develop our investment
process. At times, doing nothing can be the most
appropriate investment decision.

years of combined investment experience:
Bruce Betz became a Registered Representative in
1983. David Taylor is a Chartered Retirement Planning
Consultant® and joined the industry in 1987. Pam
Williams began her career in wealth management in
2002 and became a Registered Representative in 2006.
Bruce combines fundamental research with technical
analysis by providing a balanced investment approach
which compliments the team’s overall philosophy.
David brings his knowledge and passion of relative
strength investing and technical analysis to the team by
applying its benefits in today’s ever-changing
investment environment.
Pam adopts a holistic approach with regard to wealth
management strategies by providing clients with
comprehensive investment and financial advisory
services.
Anna, our Sales Assistant, has over 15 years of
professional administrative experience.
