3. Title: Assistant Office Manager
Projects:
Transform Alternative Spring Break program (ABS) forms to an online
paperless system
Create an Excel filing system for all the data to specific years of program
and all other pertinent data
Developed a paperless filing system for the Special Olympics Program,
similar to the ABS Program
Wilkes University Website enhancement ~ (Assist in creating a Website
which is easier to read and use ,mainly for the Community Service Office)
Compared Wilkes University Website to Bucknell University’s and to
Gettysburg's College, to make Wilkes Universities improvements

Created a new Wilkes University Community Service Brochure
Created Wilkes Organizational Chart Template
Worked on The Big Event representation in the Wilkes University Website
Converted Health forms for programs to paperless forms

5. Initiative:
Learned to Manage Office Data and Operations from remote locations
online , a skill which will prove to be essential in my future
Megan Boone my Supervisor outlined project requirements , worked in
collaboration with me, taught me how an office can run efficiently,
touched on office etiquette, use of electronic scheduling & planning
technology, and the importance of camaraderie

6. Through discussion and brainstorming Ideas, I have honed my

7. During my time at Wilkes University Community Service Office I have
enhanced my people and social skills with a diverse group of people.
My Legacy Project at Wilkes University:
Spanish/English Coffee Hour Club
A Club which intention is to give students and staff a little time to
unwind, socialize and improve their social skills in a biased–free
environment. My co-founder will continue club operation and he will pass
it on to the next generation of students.

8. Taking 6 Classes and doing an internship took a lot of Time Management
& Planning
Flexibility of work hours helped immensely
Working on some part of the scheduled breaks helped me stay caught up
Learning Office Management during my Internship and on a “Tight
Schedule” was possible, because of a phrase Sharon Castano made :
“Treat it like another class”
I learned that with the right mind set can get you through anything
In the future I am now aware of how careful Planning & Management will
make a difference
