Newcastle training centre teaching new trainees, Siemens seasoned technicians and sub contractors
how to work safely and rescue one another from a wind turbine generator at height. A provider of
training to third party companies such as Dong, SSE, Wind Hoist and various others. This involves the

Stockton Borough Council Neighbourhood Enforcement Officer - November 2008 – February
2012
Front line service, responsible for maintaining a high visibility patrol throughout the borough of
Stockton-on-Tees. Accredited with over 20 powers to tackle a wide range of environmental crimes and
deal with low level Anti-Social Behaviour. Developed and maintained close working relationships with
other front line agencies such as VOSA, Cleveland Police, British Transport Police, HM Revenue and
Customs, DVLA, amongst others, during special operations.
Main responsibilities included, issuing fixed penalty notices for environmental offences such as
littering, dog fouling, fly posting and fly tipping, unauthorised traveller encampment. Removal of
untaxed, dangerous or nuisance vehicles, regular stopping of waste carriers checking vehicle and
license. Responsible for responding to noise complaints both domestic and commercial. Empowered
to issue official warning documents or remove any appliance cable of making noise.
Investigated fly tips on a daily basis, gathering evidence and conducting interviews. Competent in
using Microsoft Package to produce case files for legal team to seek prosecution. Regularly attended
court to provide evidence for cases as well as providing close protection for social workers during
cases involving children being placed in to care.
Hertel Ltd Sheet Metal Worker – (Wilton) - November 2007 – November 2008
Working within the workshop, main responsibilities included fabrication and installation of sheet metal
components for pipe work, vessels, tanks, valves and flanges. Prior to leaving this position, I was also
responsible for over hauling, servicing and testing a number of different valves during shut down
periods from nearby plants and pipelines.
Asda - Retail Assistant - October 2002 – November 2007
Main responsibilities included, helping develop and manage the home shopping department. Managed
a small team of pickers and drivers ensuring that all online shopping orders were delivered to the
correct address on time. Regularly dealt with customer complaints, dealing with a wide range of issues
while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
