Proposal for the Incentive Events
Agentura UPAS offers its service for business motivational and creativity incentive events, organizes
cognitive, educational seminars, effective and useful leisure. We strive to be innovative by our projects and to
build up a reputation of the company providing clear effect to our clients. All the events integrate pleasure and
effective skills gaining, that is why our services could fit into a merry fiesta and a serious conference or seminar.
We have a substantial experience in event organizing, marketing, team building, managing ir sale fields, so our
events are based upon business logics and practice.
All the programs are prepared with the help of reliable partners.
Wellness Seminars
Our everyday life is influenced by lots of factors – other people, the
environment, workload, our ability to manage stress, eating habits, work
and leisure coordination, our viewpoints – about ourselves and other people.
Every day we are being forced to do more and better. Are we able to control
the situation, when we have to take decisions? Do we feel strong and
energetic physically and mentally? Do we use effectively our own inner
resources? Can we „recharge our batteries“? These questions are answered
in our special wellness sessions.
The program is designed specially for each group – according to their
needs. The place must correspond to the content – a peaceful Lithuanian
countryside with the farmhouse, bathhouse, a conference hall, if needed.
We offer: traditional Lithuanian bath ceremony, self-massaging
practice, conscious breathing (Rebirthing), aromatherapy, tea ceremony.
Duration: 3 – 6 hours

Cognitive and Creativity Incentive events
Creative person thinks that he is creative and it is his main difference from not creative person... So, let‘s
not only think, but open up our own creative potential. We offer untraditional events that will encourage you to
leave your safe comfort zone and to submerge into different world. Here you will meet your personal and team
challenges. New experience and inspiration will help to start solving your everyday tasks more succesfully.
A few examples...
Orchestra
Imagine yourself being invited to join the orchestra of symphonic music. What
if your whole team would form up an orchestra? Yes, that is quite possible. We offer
huge and exciting musical challenge! Your team would be „infiltrated“ into the real
symphonic orchestra. Participants would be divided into several sections according
to the musical instruments – the strings, reeds, percussion, etc. and, with the help
of professional musicians, learn main themes with their chosen instruments. Later on
they all gather together and actually play the 5 min. piece that had been written for
this special occasion. This event would require great attention towards other
„musicians“ and concentration. Besides useful skills this event would leave quite
exciting memories.

Ice Sculptures
Get ready for the „coldest“ team session – ice sculpture carving. Try out this
interesting and specific art form, that deceivingly looks complicated at the first
glance. This session will unite your team, broaden your knowledge, will give new
skills and much fun. Ice is easily processing and plastic material, so whatever the
skills, all of you will have good chances to create unforgetable ice-sculptures. We
promise this would become one of most memorable events for your team.
Duration: 2-3 hours

Active Team events
The goal of these events is to develop the team spirit, encourage mutual understanding and to have fun.
All these events include both competitive and cooperative elements, because the participants would have to find
the solutions on their common way towards the final goal in playful and sometimes rather extreme situations.
These events will perfectly help to lift up motivation and loyalty of the emplyees or clients. Events could be
chosen according to your interests, season, group size.
A few examples...
Drum & Dance
Different people with their own viewpoints and interests would unite in this session
and all the group would become one big multicultural orchestra. Drum rhythm and dance
would perfectly do the job. All the groups – small and big – are welcome. Themes could
be chosen from the following list: Kuba salsa, Brasil samba, African, Indian. Bigger
groups can use all the themes dividing people into smaller groups.

Treasure hunting in Vilnius Old Town
Feel the fun while exploring Vilnius Old Town! This is a kind of attraction which the regular city excursion
could be replaced by. Guests participating in the Treasure Hunt are divided into the teams. Each team appointed
own captain. All participants are getting maps with the points (stations) to visit marked. The separate individual
route is prepared for each team. Teams should visit all stations according to the prepared route and to do this as
much precise as it scheduled in timetable.
In each station teams not only should collect “evidences” of being there, but also will have some fun or
specials tasks to go. It’s depend on how far you can go. Routes are made in the way guests will discover the
most interesting sites of Vilnius Old Town; City Hall (with possible visit to the cellars, Amber Gallery,
microbrewery, etc). In different stations specific snacks (outside baked potato pancakes) or special drinks
(Lithuanian mead or honey beer) will be prepared. Team captains should be prepared for some surprises – they
will need to prove to the team members they’re real leaders. The duration of the Treasure Hunt depend on the
groups’ size (recommended 3-4 hours). Winners Award ceremony could be arranged as a nice part of the Gala
dinner.
