* Experience Required: 3 to 15 Years
* Education Required: Bachelor's Degree or above
* Job Status: Full Time
Your duties will include:
* Provide a pre‐implementation consultancy service by understanding and accurately interpreting
client requirements and business conditions in order to make appropriate recommendations;
* Conduct detailed analyses of client business processes, develop and manage the
complementation of RIB construction software solutions;
* Communicate user requirements to RIB product management and IT support staff.
To be considered for the role of Senior Consultant, you must have:
* Bachelor or above with major in IT, Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Civil Engineering;
* Proven construction/engineering/process industry experience particularly in the design‐build,
preconstruction and construction;
* Familiar with building industry calculates and tendering, sub‐contractor related process;
* Experience in cost and/or quantity survey of or related majors;
* Estimate the type and amount of materials, deliver the contractor against the agreed
specification;
* An ability to listen, understand and accurately interpret customer requirements and business
conditions in order to make appropriate recommendations;
* IT skills primarily regarding construction software would be an advantage;
* Project management skills including planning, time management, prioritization, multi‐tasking
and documentation
