2. Grants Application and Administration Services
EnviroStock Consultants provides extensive experience and wealth of knowledge of services in these
fields, developed through my work as Project Manager and Grants Administrator at the National
Climate Change Adaption Research facility (NCCARF).
Specifically we can help you with:
• Understanding what is looked for in the Application process from Expression of interest (EOI)
to final applications to better your chances of successful outcomes:
o This has been developed through my administering the EOI and proposal assessment
process for research calls from advertising, organising review panels and contracting
successful applicants while at NCCARF
• Understanding the details looked for in a Grants Proposal :
o This has been developed through my independently and proactively assessment of
quality of research outputs and advising research managers and directors; and
proactively ensuring that research objectives, deliverables and timelines for research
programs are met while at NCCARF
• Understanding the Complexities of Funding Arrangements, Reporting Guidelines and Project
Delivery:
o This has been developed through my overseeing contract arrangements and develop
contract process and guidelines, and reporting processes and project delivery while
at NCCARF
• Contribute and lead in the effort to develop research plans and to implement research plans
o This has been developed through my identification of funding sources, development
and delivery of research projects in priority research areas and through building
consortia nationally to access research funds
