2. Where did I complete my MFP?

Washington DC.

4. Most Stessful Situation
• One day, my supervisor Mike provided me with a
work assignment to listen to podcasts and listen
for adverstisments in the audio. Mike was not so
clear with instructions and I ended up doing the
whole project wrong. Mike took the blame for the
project not getting done correctly but I felt very
bad and overwhelemed with the amount of work
I was going to face to have to fix the project. I
remained calm and asked Mike if I could work on
the project out of the office as well. He agreed
and was impressed at how dedicated I was to
fixing the project.

5. Leadership At ZComm
Leadership is a big deal at Zcomm. Since I work
on a team, everyone brings different skills to the
office. These different skills is what makes the
company successful. Different people lead
different tasks but make sure that no one is left
behind. At Zcomm leadership is not only just for
the boss but for everyone else working in the office
too.

6. My Leadership Style
• There are many leadership qualities I need to have to
work at a marketing and PR Firm.
• Some of these qualites include…
• 1. Responsibility: making sure I get my tasks done
• 2. Being confident : Showing I can take control and
having pride within myself.
• 3. Trustworthiness: Show that I can be trusted by my
team
• 4. Curiosity: Not being afraid to ask questions when I am
confused or curious about a task.

7. Professional Skills I learned
• Here are a list of some professinal skils I Learned while intenring at Zcomm
• 1. Communication: I learned how to advance my communication skills by
talking to people on the phone.
• 2. Being on time: time is key and I learned how to manage my time and get
things done by a deadline
• 3. Writing: At Zcomm I improved my writing skills by writing blog and social
media posts
• 4. Technology and computer skills: I learned how to make final reports on
powerpoint and I improved my microsoft excel skills by working with a lot of
spread sheets.

8. The Future and other important
details
• The experience of interning at Zcomm made me realize a lot about my
future and their future.
• I enjoyed my time at ZComm but the marketing and PR world is not for me.
• I belive ZComm is a successful company and everyone their taught me many
professional skills and leadership qualities.
• The future of the Organization will continue to be successful.
• This experience really taught me how to be independent and very
professional.
