oriented professionals. Having worked in close proximity and with a mindset of helpful
cooperation for the better part of two decades, our dedicated customer service team has
developed a highly responsive, reliable, and customizable service experience that is
unmatched by rival flooring retailers.
Our customer service team takes great pride in being highly approachable active listeners
who will tailor their products and services to meet the specific requests of any customer. As
a small family owned retail operation, we value the fundamentals of business ethics, and
emphasize hard work, integrity, and loyalty in every part of our business.
By utilizing innovative eCommerce shopping technologies and by streamlining our product
distribution system, we are proud to say that we are able to serve the increasing volume
and growing needs of our ever-expanding North American customer base while still
maintaining the personal customer-centric approach that has been our core competency
since our company’s launch in 1999.
