Critical Mission and Remote Support

Dear reader, we've already talked about THE WINNERS magazine regarding
Sales Force Automation projects, Innovation and the Future, about Cloud Computing,
but all major Information Technology projects, require Remote Support and Critical
Mission solutions.In this article I will address this subject, which is necessary and
fundamental for the support, continuity and high availability. I'm going to talk about the
concept of Critical Mission and Support, Implementation Models and their main

operational costs, uninterrupted service, proactive analysis and preventive
maintenance, onsite engineers, remote upgrades and migrations, Advanced Monitoring
and Resolution, incident detection, scheduling management, integrated processes
aligned with the ITIL model with guaranteed delivery of these services by the
manufacturer.
