In September 2015, all 193 United Nations Member States adopted a plan to achieve a better future for all — to chart
a path for the next 15 years to end extreme poverty, fight inequality and injustice, and protect our planet. The
“Agenda for the period until 2030” is based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which clearly define the
world we want - apply to all nations and leave no one behind.

• Create new official jobs in Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions where we operate;

• In 2019 we implemented health insurance for all employees;

• Medicine boxes are available in each office of the Group;

Substantially reduce the number of deaths and
illnesses from hazardous chemicals and air, water
and soil pollution and contamination
• There are a few working areas where our employees are exposed to noise & dust but the major ones are
the mechanical workshop, grain dryer and grain storage. At these areas we provided individual
protection means for employees. Middle managers are responsible for usage control;
• To minimize heavy manual lifting movements we purchased different mechanisms to reduce ergonomic
ergonomic issues for our employees;
• We don`t use dangerous machinery at the production facilities. We have only a grain dryer. All security
precautions are taken;
• On a regular basis we conduct safety trainings for our employees on induction period and in
with legal requirements;
• We provide personal protection equipment for employees from Construction department (helmets,
gloves, glasses, special workwear) and those who are engaged in the work with a grain dryer;
• We created safe working area for our employees. In case of any emergency the Group adopted
instructions and evacuation schemes;
• We don`t have any work accidents for the last 3 years;
• We successfully passed State Inspection on Labour Protection in April 2016.

• We use Danish eco-friendly approach in our business to avoid pollution of water, air and soils. Instead of hazardous chemicals
we use manure for soils.

suffering from water scarcity
• We do not recycle water. However make continuous efforts to reduce consumption of water in general. The major water source
source for our farms is on-site wells. Testing water is performed on a regular basis;
• Considerable amount of waste water is being cleaned through special water-cleaning equipment (BioTal, BioBox, etc.) before
discharge.

• Employees are assessed and remunerated on the basis of their qualification and work performance, disregarding gender, age,
nationality, etc. The salaries are defined by types of work and are connected with gender or age;
• Seasonal and temporary employees have the same employment benefits as the permanent – overtime tariffs, free lunches, sick leaves,
leaves, health checks, etc.;
• We are open to employ local residents to improve employment rate in regions where we operate.
Substantially reduce the proportion of youth not in employment,

• We cooperate with agricultural colleges. There`s is a trainee program for students to intern in our company and learn more about agro
professions from the inside.
Protect labour rights and promote safe and secure working
environments for all workers, including migrant workers and

• Rights and duties are stated in labour contracts & job descriptions. Employee handbooks are under development;

pipe transportation system. The lagoons at farms are covered with innovative plastic membrane by

• Reuse of construction materials in good condition for the new farm construction;
• Manure after handling in manure tanks is disseminated on fields as an organic fertilizer.

• We have zero tolerance for corruption and non-transparent practices;
• Anti-Corruption Policy includes obligations for all employees to avoid corrupt practices and make
sure they don`t use mediators who can be engaged in such practices on behalf of our company;
• The Ukrainian regulatory environment authorities are highly corrupt. We constantly try to avoid
and reject requests for facilitation payments from different public authorities. The company`s
management monitors this issue on a regular basis;
• We inform our partners, customers and suppliers on our anti-corruption policy each time we see
risk of their involvement in corruption on behalf of our company.
