and a one time relationship.
● A negotiation can be fair but, be left with bad emotions.
3. Gather Data
● Know who is involved in the negotiation and where they stand.
● Identify potential problems and obstacles you will have to face.
● Set an anchor that is fair by researching data.
4. Make a Deal
● Lay at all of our goals before you go to a negotiation
● It is okay to move on from one part of the deal and come back to it later
if you can not come to an agreement.
● You can offer a future promise in return for something now.
5. Measure and Adjust
● Keep track of all the deals and compare them to your goals.
● It is okay to change your position or view from you initial.
● Remember to set yourself up for future negotiations.
