3. Reason of why you think one should
learn how to write business e-mails.
I think business e-mails are required for various things. For
example, it becomes a tool for being connected with the
person of other companies. And, it is used in various
scenes. For
example, Gratitude, Claim, Apology, Report, Request, Guid
ance, Order, Dealings and etc. Business e-mails are very
useful. And in business, it become necessaries now. So we
have to know manners of business e-mail. Unless the
contents of e-mail are clear, an understanding may be
barred and we cannot proceed to it smoothly. So, I think
we should be learn how to write business e-mails.
4. How to improve your current English
e-mail writing ability.
• Actually, try to write business e-mail and I get a teacher
to look at it.
• How to write using the Internet is investigated.
• Be shown someone business e-mail that is actually used.
• Knowledge of business e-mail is deepened by exchanging
it with a friend.
5. Conclusion
Business e-mail is very important to work in company. it is
used in various scenes and various things. It is very difficult
for me to write business e-mail. So I should study it very
hard. I think that studying using the Internet is easiest.
And, I think it is important to write business e-
mail, actually. I think that I will write it many times. And, I
will write many kinds of business e-mail. So, It is good to
learn within now.
