present.
Responsibilities included: Simulator based driver training for multiple types of equipment from
light duty vehicles up to and including vehicles requiring a class A driver’s license. Conduct training
courses in a professional manner. Operate and maintain driving simulators and mobile training trailer.
Transport/ drive equipment from training location to training location. Coordinate with customer
contacts on equipment placement and class schedules. Responsible for submitting expense reports,
time sheets and invoicing.

Responsibilities included: Ensure the competency assessment program includes all positions and
equipment within the company for all service lines and geographical regions. Work with department
SME’s to ensure that all competency elements are current and accurately reflect required skills to safely
and efficiently perform job tasks. Develop high level of communication with all service lines and
departments. Create competencies for new positions and equipment as needed. Build on and edit all
existing competency assessment material. Ensure complete and accurate content, formatting and
compliance with company and industry safety and regulatory standards. Ensure the current Competency
Assessment Training course is updated as needed. Ensure the competency assessment process is being
utilized and resourced properly. Instruct and develop Competency Assessors via classroom setting. Work
