Students at Ramgarh Design for Change School visited their community to observe hygiene practices around food. They found that villagers paid little attention to food hygiene and cleanliness. The students then educated community members on the benefits of hygienic food through speeches, charts, role plays, and demonstrations of cleaning their kitchen. When the students returned a week later, they saw that villagers had started keeping their kitchens cleaner and covering eating materials, showing the positive impact of the students' efforts.
