Croatia: first auction last week 29 August. Roughly 263K GOs sold via Power Exchange Cropex at 0,31 Cent. Only wind GO. 4 auctions planned per y,
France: auction system to be launched September, monthly, 5 technologies, 12 regions
Luxembourg: 4 auctions so far, 312K GOs sold, only wind, average price between 0,87 and 1,38 euro
Slovakia: existing national GO system not to be transferrable through HUB. phase out during 2020.
GOs for electricity production with public support. will be auctioned by OKTE, and the proceeds shall be used to offset the costs of RES support."

Serbia: Application ongoing since Dec. 2017. Relevant legislation is in place. Online in January
EMS JSC Belgrade is the TSO, Market Operator and GO Scheme Administrator
They will be using Grexel systems for the administration of their scheme
They currently have a national GO scheme which will be transitioned when AIB membership is approved
They have 8 production devices and 5 suppliers registered at the moment
They predict GO issuing of 4 million GOs annually
Greece: AIB membership to be accepted this Friday, preparing hub connection, clarity GO cancellation for
standalone HEC production devices – preparing auction system for supported RES-E and HEC-E
Portugal: application received 31 May
Montenegro: application received early July,
Latvia: TSO - waiting for legislation to change
Bosnia: non-profit organization established by law, financed by support system, regulated and supervised by Ministry of Energy and Energy Regulator
Poland: legislation is compliant, no willingness expressed by Ministry
Hungary: legislation will be changed. Happy with RED2. As soon as law changes -> AIB
Rumania, Bulgaria:
Malta: interconnected to Italy but no interest towards AIB although volume of green power rises
