Examination (IEE) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
- Take a lead role to prepare and implement District Climate Energy Plan (DECP)
and support in preparation of sector plan in the district
- Implement Pico hydro, Biomass Energy Sub Component (BESC) related activities
directly through DDC ( in 49 districts)
- Implement, coordinate, support, monitor, evaluate the progress in achieving basic
and developmental indicators as mentioned in the EFLG framework, 2013 and
