When someone calls your office, sends an email, or contacts you through
your website to inquire about your services, how do you respond? Your
goals for handling an inquiry should be 3 fold:

• Gather information
• focus on asking questions
• What are the family needs? Concerns?
Describe
• Deliver information about your services
• expand on your elevator speech or your shor written pitch
• focus on the VALUE of what you have to offer

• Secure appointment for initial consultation
• Limit time to 20 minutes or less on the phone.
• Have a workflow if through email or website
