Oxford
The University of Oxford in the UK, is the university's oldest English-speaking world. The founding

Cambridge
The University of Cambridge is the second oldest university after Oxford English speakers. According
to history, the University of Cambridge was founded in 1209 in England by Oxford scholars who fled
after a brawl with agents that city. King Henry III of England granted them a monopoly of education
in that place in 1231.
There are some leisure activities and free time associated with Cambridge. Rowing is a popular
sport, but there are competitions between colleges or against Oxford. There are also competitions
in other sports such as cricket and rugby. Among the drama clubs, is the famous Footlights.

Glasgow
The University of Glasgow, founded in 1451, is the largest university in the three that are based in
the city of Glasgow, Scotland. It is a university renowned for the quality of their education and
research, as well as being one of the oldest in Scotland.
In 1451, King James II of Scotland persuaded Pope Nicholas V to issue a dispensation to allow the
Bishop Turnbull of Glasgow to establish a university. Modeled after the University of Bologna,
