disposingmemoryandoverthe age of eighteen(18) years,andnotbeingmotivatedbyanyduress,
menace,fraud,mistake,orundue influence,domake,publish,anddeclare thisdocumentasmyLast
Will andTestament.Thiswill revokesall willsandcodicilsthatImayhave previouslyexecuted and
disposesof all propertythatIown at the time of my death,whereversituated.
FIRST: My Executor,namedinParagraph8, shall payall of my funeral expenses,expensesof
administeringmyestate,anddebts,otherthandebtsthatI have incurredbyborrowingagainstthe cash
surrendervalue of life insurance policiesonmylife anddebtstothe extentsecuredbythe assignment
of life insurance policiesonmylife.Nothinghereinshall require the paymentof anyinstallmentpriorto
itsdue date or the paymentof any indebtednesssecuredbyamortgage or otherlienonanyproperty.
My Executormayextendorrenewanydebtuponany termsandfor any periodof time ashe maydeem
appropriate.Myestate,however,shallnotbearmyspouse'sshare of any communitydebtsorexpenses
allocable against(his/her) share of ourcommunityproperty.MyExecutorshall alsopayall taxes
(includinganyinterestorpenaltiesthereon) payable byreasonof mydeath,includingtaxesonproperty
passingoutside of myprobate estate.The ultimate burdenof all taxes,debts,funeral expenses,and
estate administrationexpensesshallbe apportionedamongandcollectedfromthe beneficiariesof all of

bond. In the eventthat she predeceasesme,orisunwillingorunable toqualifyassuch,thenInominate
and appointMark Richardson, mybrother,as Executor,andrequestthathe shall notbe requiredtogive
suretyuponhisofficial bond.
My Executorshall be authorizedtocarryout all provisionsof this. Myexecutormaysell,
exchange,assign,transfer,andconveyanysecurityorproperty,real orpersonal,heldinmyestate at
publicor private sale,ata time andprice and uponthose termsand conditions(includingcredit) thathe
may determine.Inaddition,withoutfurtherlicense ororderof anyCourt, myExecutorshall have the
powerto employandtocompensate frommyestate suchsurveyors,attorneys,andotheradvisorsas
my Executorshall deemnecessaryoradvisable andtoexecute onbehalf of myestate deedsorother
documentsnecessarytocomplete the sale andtransferof myreal or personal propertyorundivided
interesttherein.
NINTH: If any part of thisWill isdeclaredinvalid,illegal,orinoperativeforanyreason,it
ismy intentthatthe remainingpartsshall be effective andfullyoperative,andthatanyCourt so
