Achievements
Moved out of trade group and supervised mechanical "HILTI" material with team of 19 men from different
trade groups on LB03 Ship2. This had not been tried by the business before with just 1 point of contact for sub-
contractors to fit their scope of HILTI, this was a success for the company being that Balfour Beatty
(electrical sub-contractors) got a good head start at the beginning of their cable scope being fitted and
concluded in them running their full scope of cables (250,000) in three months earlier than planned. Also on
this contract I had been utilised in three different trade disciplines (Painting, Mechanical, Cleaning) , in which I
succeeded in all three.
I moved onto the larger Block QEC Carrier LB04 Ship 2 and completed the HILTI Requirements for Alliance
Partners as before, as well as making sure the standard was to spec in all compartments on the Block before
CHOI Inspections.
