As Captain/Engineer Craig S. Henn was responsible for all duties concerning
the safety of guests and crew, navigating and sailing the vessel during the
cruise, maintaining a good working condition of all technical systems on
board the vessel, maintaining control of liquids and spare parts, controlling
the ship supplies before and during the cruise, managing the crew (8 people
of local and expat employees) settings fine example for the crew as to how
staff member is to behave and dress, supervising guest relations, solving
different situations related with guest needs, being in charge of all items
sold on board, being in charge of all money collected on board and
delivered to company headquarters as well as sharing general maintenance
and cleaning duties on board.
In port he was responsible for management and maintenance of the vessel
as well as necessary preparation for the coming private/charter cruise.
Captain C. S. Henn performed his duties in a responsible and caring manner.
His seamanship skills, as well as his aptitude with modern equipment and
instruments is excellent. The guests had only positive and enthusiastic
praise for the professionalism exhibited by the captain as well as for his
