2. I am a highly experienced graphic artist in 2D / 3D visualisation. I have over 30 years experience in the creative
design environment across advertising, retail, POP and exhibitions. I have been employed in both freelance and
full-time roles by leading International agencies, working with clients on above and below the line projects.
Throughout my career, I have lived and worked all over the globe supporting the growth of international brands
across many sectors.Among other places, experience in Canada, New York, Hong Kong and London has given
me a rare insight into how design and creativity operate across many cultures.
My most recent years have been based in central London working for G2 Worldwide and TBWALondon. Where
high-end visualisation, 3D modelling, rendering, motion graphics, and video editing were put to use on some of
the world’s largest brands. I currently undertake creative projects as a contractor either in-agency, or from my
own UK studio.
Since studying Graphic Design at Loughborough, then Newcastle College ofArt, I have worked on a variety of
worldwide brands. International clients boast companies such as: BMW, LG, T-Mobile, JTI, BAT, LVMH and
Alfred Dunhill. More local clients include Yates’ Wine Lodge, Boots and Birmingham Bullring. This diversity of
clients has allowed me to sharpen my skills and has exposed me to the many facets of design creation. For
example, the strict legislation imposed on marketing tobacco developed a unique, almost abstract approach to
creativity to navigate the necessary regulatory hurdles. This industry also required an immersive creative
process within product innovation to aid sales and marketing teams in their ventures for product development
and marketing funding.
I have full end-to-end capabilities, coupled with a flexibility to specialise either in one area, or across multiple
phases of a design project. This can be early on, such as commissioning or translating research, or further down
the line overseeing production of retail displays, exhibitions and shop-in-shop installations.
I can offer a complete creative service across a broad range of design sectors. My experience greatly enhances
the process by bringing to life a client’s creative expectations with an ability to guide creative direction confidently
and competently.
