Our successful partnership with Porsche AG
started in 1998 with a successful FI/CO project.
As a result, Porsche AG acquired an interest in
our company and MHP became a subsidiary
of Porsche AG in 2002. This shareholding has
been successively increased to currently 81.8%.

We have proven our consultancy skills for sus-
tainable management and IT solutions in the
automotive industry through numerous cus-
tomer projects. As experts in the automotive
sector, the first Special Expertise Partner SAP
for Automotive and as a Porsche subsidiary,
we offer in-depth management and process
expertise in the automotive sector. We use our
expert knowledge to support manufacturers,
suppliers, retailers and importers to successfully
achieve their goals. We also transfer strategic
