1. Conley Covert is a fifth generation Austinite, whose family first settled in Austin, Texas in 1851. Conley
started his commercial real estate career in Austin in 2008. Today he focuses on tenant representation,
investments sales, commercial real estate consulting, and energy innovations related to commercial real
estate.
