VIDEO OVERVIEW
Every video needs a story and an understanding of its target
audience. Before any production is implemented, we look at
key messaging and how to engage the viewer.
Once the scripting is agreed, we plan each video component
in advance, from content presentation, location sourcing,
camera appearances and environment styling.
Production, whether visual or audio, is always carried out
to the highest standards, coupled with online promotion of
the video thereafter.

2. Overview
With so many positive statistics on how video effectively promotes a company message or increases
brand awareness, there is no doubt of its powerful reach. There are also many categories of video,
depending on the content, message, audience and display mediums. These variations include,
corporate, advertising promo, instructional, training, how to, entertainment, conference, technical
and many more.
The mediums that videos can be displayed cover social media, primarily Facebook, dedicated online
company channels, YouTube and Vimeo, in-store and retail display, embedded through websites,
use within exhibition environments, or simply used as links in email correspondence.
Whatever messaging and audience reach is decided upon, close attention should be given to
the style, length and mediums that the finished video will appear in at planning stage.
Fact Finding & Research
A series of meetings are conducted to understand the video messaging and desired audience
reach. We would take time, to understand the brand and competitors’ activity in the marketplace.
Scripting & Planning
The realisation of the video through scripting and visual storyboarding. This stage would also see
the all important planning, logistics and visitation of locations in advance of any shoot.
Shoot & Production
Once the planning is approved, the required production crew and director capture the main and
supportive footage and audio for the project. Supportive elements such as jibs, lights, props,
drone use etc., are applied when required.
Editing & Post Production
This is the all important stage where the crafting of the video takes place. Apart from editing of the
footage, care is also taken in high levels of audio delivery, grading, SFX and motion graphics to
support the messaging and feel.
Marketing & Promotion
Each finished video needs to be channeled through the right mediums for optimum results. We can
advise and implement both standard online positioning and paid campaigns, through social media
and related media.
