write the problem your business solving at the top of the page.
Customer Segments: What type of people are you solving this problem for?
Value Proposition: What is the functional and emotional solution you are providing
for your Customers?
Channels: How will you deliver your marketing messages? Your products and
services? How will these efforts show up in your Cost Structure?
Customer Relationships: How do your customers want you to interact with them?
Revenue Streams: What products and services will your customers pay for? At what
rate?
Key Resources: What physical, intellectual, financial and/or human resources do
you need to deliver on your Value Proposition?
Key Activities: What does your business need to do day in and day out in order to
deliver on your Value Proposition?
Key Partnerships: What organizations or relationships do you need to have in place
to deliver on your Value Proposition?
Cost Structure: What will your resources cost you? Cost Structure has a direct, one-
to-one relationship with your Key Resources.
