3. MISSION STATEMENT
Complete Girlz’s mission is to empower and strengthen
young women in our community by giving them the tools
needed to overcome adversity through educational and
enrichment programs which promote leadership,
confidence and self-worth.
Our holistic program provides unique programming and
activities to meet the unique needs of our young
girls/women. Complete Girlz Inc. is a non-profit
organization that provides life skill programs developing
girls into more confident women through education and
training. CGI's program is geared to meet the business
needs with a touch of etiquette to ignite young
women/girls with the desire to be business leaders and
entrepreneurs. Our organization provides motivation and
encouragement for the girls to shine inward and
outward. Complete Girlz, Inc. gives them the complete
tools and utilizes a unique approach that is necessary for
them to be successful leaders!
4. VISION:
Ms. Taylor’s vision is that all young
women, if given the right tools can
become extremely successful at an
early age. She hopes to provide hands
on training for young women so that
they can see the necessity for them to
become business owners and successful
entrepreneurs. Her desire is to teach
young girls/women the principles so
that they can “Be all that they can
be.” By providing a complete approach
combined with a holistic program, they
can rise to the top in their
communities. By thoroughly preparing
the young girls/women for the future
this will enable them to be more than
successful! These young girls/women
will be bold and have more confidence
in their endeavors.

5. Complete Girlz, Inc.
Was organized and founded by Earlene Lezama-Taylor. Complete
Girlz, Inc. is a non-profit organization majoring in Business &
Etiquette. Ms. Taylor saw the need to educate young girls/women in
low income communities as well as other young girls/women with a
specific training to equip them with complete tools they need to
become better leaders in their communities. She has been
personally mentoring young people for over 10 years and has been in
the business arena for almost 20 years. She is a member of the
National Association of Professional Women.
6. OUR PROGRAMS
The Complete Girlz, Inc. is a free After School
Program. Our daily program hours are from 3:30 –
6:30 pm Monday – Friday. We are a 10 month program
starting in September and ending in June. (This year
classes will be starting in January 2017) Our program
is not available on early dismissal days and not
available when school is not in session. The courses
are set up by quarters, in which each girl will receive
a certificate of completion in each course. Courses
are added each year to meet the need of each young
girl/woman. Our program is made up of one Program
Director and numerous volunteer teachers. In
addition, we also provide a snack at 5:30 pm. The
empowerment/mentorship program provides a
vehicle for troubled, low income, unmotivated young
women to drive pass adverse circumstances to
excellence. We will introduce young women to
taking control of their lives, and internal state of
mind. We strongly believe this
empowerment/mentorship program will benefit
young woman, help them grow and transform them
into mature leaders within their community. The
BSELF Program (Business, Success, Etiquette,
Leadership and Fitness) and DAL Program
(Depression, Anger, and Low-Self Esteem). We are a
modern program providing kindle fire to the girls
with downloadable books. They will find our courses
interesting, our staff knowledgeable and the
environment extremely fun!
7. CGI Courses
*B-S-E-L-F*
*Business: The young women are taught all aspect
of business and how conduct all aspect of business
transactions. They are taught how to think with a
business mind. This will be an introduction to
business they will never forget. *” This is one of our
most popular course”
Success: In this course, we teach the young women
about success. They are taught how to be successful
and what it takes to become successful. What make
you a successful person? They will learn the art of
success and begin to change the way they think and
learn.
*Etiquette: “Both business and life principals.” This
an in-depth subject teaching the young women the
do’s and the don’ts of how to conduct themselves.
We will concentrate on how self presentation
matters greatly and how we can improve our ethics.
“This is an interaction course.” *This is one of our
most popular courses.
Leadership: Do you possess leadership qualities?
Who is a leader? What does it take for me to become
a leader? What type of leader am I? Young women
will be convinced that they are leaders and there is
nothing they can’t do.
Fitness: This subject will teach the young women
how to eat healthy and stay fit. This course will
teach them nutritional principles for their daily lives
and help them understand how this will affect their
lives.
8. *D-A-L*
Depression – Many young people are battling this disease. We will discuss and
identify the signs and symptoms of depression. We will work together to
overcome depression and get back on track. The young women will understand the
role depression play in becoming successful.
Anger – This emotion manifest itself in many areas of our lives. We will discuss
where it stems from and how we can manage it. The young woman will understand
the role angers plays in them being successful.
Low- Self Esteem – This course will help them become more confident and teach
them their self-worth.
