Wellbeing Solutions brings an evidence based approach to organizations to engage
employees in creating collaborative systems that create connection and uplift wellbeing
for all. Based on the belief that when all individuals are empowered to live
wholeheartedly, cultures will emerge that heal the world. We provide strategy, training,
coaching, and educational workshops on integrated wellbeing.

Initiated, developed, and directed a comprehensive student wellbeing program,
liveWELL at WELLWVU designed to lead the way to a campus culture of wellbeing. Led a
team of professionals and graduate students in applying the socio-ecological model to a
diverse array of topics impacting student wellbeing. Used an experiential approach to
engage learning, and in training students as leaders to influence social norms.
Collaborated with faculty to integrate and assess wellbeing education and advocate for
policies with higher administration that support health promoting environments.
Led a group of diverse stakeholders to achieve the WVU & Greater Morgantown Safe
Community designation, the first joint university and municipality in the country as
recognized by the National Safety Council.
