PMC Electrical &Instrumentation Supervisor for Commissioning in new project of refinery in Jubail
package 2A conversion mild hydrocracker unit 41, 51,61,71,81. My responsibility is for commissioning

 July 2011 : I worked in IBESE NIGERIA in position BOP Electrical Engineer, project is Power
Plant 3x37 MW. GT for Cement Plant. I worked in this project with Santos Ireland and Siemens Nigeria
for Power Plant Commissioning of distribution panel and emergency diesel generator. My
responsibility in this project to coordinate maintenance for motor LV/MV, Transformer, UPS, Charger for
Battery, Lighting, Diesel generator, Distribution panel LV/MV /HV ABB type and Schnaider and
Siemens.

 2010-2011: I worked in a new project with Welco in position Electrical Supervisor of Electrical
Substation MV / LV at Refinery in Kazakhstan Karabatan (Kasagan) for Pre commissioning,
Commissioning of Electrical distribution panel and all motor, cable, HV/MV / LV. My responsibility in
this project to coordinate maintenance for motor LV/MV, Transformer, UPS, Charger battery, Lighting,
Diesel generator, Distribution panel LV/MV /HV ABB type and Schnaider.
 2008-2009: I worked in a new project of Cement Plant in position Electrical Supervisor of Electrical
Substation HV/ MV / LV, Schneider Panels of this project with Santos and Lafarge FR for Lafarge South
Africa Lichtenburg. My responsibility in this project to coordinate maintenance and commissioning for
motor LV/MV, Transformer, UPS, Charger battery, Lighting, Diesel generator, Distribution panel LV
ABB type .
 2007: Worked in Spania Escatron with ENEL POWER and ANSALDO ENERGIA in new POWER
PLANT in position Electrical Supervisor for Experience in Testing and Inspection of Plant Earthing
System, Plant Lighting System, Plant Lightening Protecting, Switchgear (HV, LV), MCC, Relay Panels,
Annunciation Panels, Local Control Stations, UPS and DC Batteries, Electrical Heat Tracing, Electrical

Ductor testing on Bus-Bar joints, Power Distribution Boards installation & testing. Installation & quality

electrical panel Schnaider and testing, energisation motor, lathing, UPS, Batery charger, Diesel generator,
Air compressor, Transformer.
 2004-2005: Worked in Libya with SIRTE OIL COMPANY in new gas plant for electrical maintenance of
ABB panel; Attahaddi Gas Plant, my responsibilities for electrical substation ABB type for
commissioning operation and repairing panel.
 2003: Worked in Qatar with ALSTOM Milano – ENELPOWER G. E. EUROPE in Ras-Lafan Power
Factory Project as electrical commissioning engineer. I had responsibilities in four- Electrical Substation
for Gas Turbine GE type 132 MW with full service and fire fighting system-Minimax type and put in
service for operation client.
 2002: Worked in KAZAKHSTAN with DEUTAG & PIGOZZI IMPIANTI Company, in drilling island,
as I & C engineer, I had responsibilities commissioning for two fire fighting installation and electrical
distribution board.
 2002: Worked in Bahrain Al-hidd II in Power Factory as electrical commissioning at Gas Turbine
Ventilation and E&I with ALSTOM Milano, I had responsibilities for ventilation for three ABB gas
turbine 132 MW and I&C interconnections between field and DCS.
 2000-2001: Worked in SAUDI ARABIA SHOAIBA Power Plant with ALSTOM Milano as electrical
commissioning engineer LV-MV. Shoaiba Power Plant, I made commissioning for electrical panel ABB
type 6 kV and 0.4 kV with all motors and consumers for boiler and supply with sea water chlorination,
water treatments for common service, osmosis, boilers for 1050 t/h steam production, ID Fan, FD Fan,
water recirculation pumps (from drum to water wall), feed water pumps, oil and gas systems (only
electrical motors), training program by local people, hand over for different systems, turbine for 330MW
with steam extractions.

 1997-1998: Worked in IRAN BANDAR ABBAS Refinery as electrical supervisor for HV-MV-LV, with
SNAM PROJETTI. Bandar Abbas, Iran, I supervised work for erection commissioning and put in service
6 substations, 6 kV, 0.4 kV for refinery with all interconnection and put in service for the client in
operation. I made commissioning and put in service three gas power generators Nuovo Pignione type and
repairing of bridge crane Italcrane and commissioned.
 1995-1996: Worked in United Arab Emirates at the Power Factory and Desalination Plant TAWEELAH
B Project and JABEL-ALI as commissioning engineer for LV-MV Switchboard (ABB Sace Switch type)
with ABB Sae-SADELMI. Taweelah and Jabel-Ali Power Plant, I made commissioning for electrical
panel ABB type 6 kV in SF6 and 0.4 kV, ID Fan motors, FD Fan, feed water pumps, oil and gas systems
(all the motors) training program with local people, hand over systems, boiler with drum, for 450 t/h
steam production, with oil and gas fuel firing, steam turbine for 150MW with steam extractions. I made
commissioning at motors of all type 6 kV, 0.4 kV Ansaldo type, existing in power factory. I made
commissioning at many type batteries of accumulator and put in service.
 1992-1993: Worked in Kuwait whit ME&W in the Station Transformer 132/33/0.4 KV type Hitachi and
Toshiba, as Engineer for maintenance, commissioning and Cable Measurements (dry and in oil) from 0.4
KV to 132 KV in SF6. After the war with Iraq country, worked in electrical substation Hitachi and
Toshiba type. I changed the transformer, made tests and put in service many kind of these types, I made
tests for the cable HV 132 kV in oil with breaker in SF6 and 33 kV in SF6 and 11 kV in oil. I changed the
battery all types and put it in service, I made the assistance for trouble shouting for this type of substation.
I repaired breakers 11 kV in oil and put it in service.
 1985-1987: Worked in the Cement Plant AL-QAIM and SINDJAR (IRAK) for Commissioning,
maintenance and repairs of electrical installations (Galileo Magrini Panel type). I responded for
interconnection, electrical panel in substation 04 KV- 6 kV-33 kV-132KV GALILEO MAGRINI type. I
drove the job for connection between substation, motors and another substation, also I had responsibilities
for mount many type of transformer connection, commissioning and put in service, I mounted battery
accumulator cadmium nickel and rectifiers, I made connections between electrical panel and control
room, I made commissioning at stations and put in functions operation and hand over client in service.
 1979-1994: Worked with National Control Center (DEN) Metrology Laboratory as Engineer, for
repairing and testing for electrical equipment, power supply 380 V AC, DC battery and rectifier UPS
supply, inverter and telecommunications equipment emergency diesel generator.
 1972-1978: Worked with National Institute for Metrology of Bucharest at the Model Laboratory for
Electrical Measurements. I made testing and calibration for electrical device for laboratory.
