You may know a lot about diet, exercise and lifestyle.
But there may be essential health signs that you don’t know. That’s
where we come in.
In our 20–30 minute Know Your Numbers screening, you receive
accurate counts of your vital health signs: your triglycerides, which is
part of the panel of cholesterol levels we check; we also measure your
body fat, blood pressure, body mass index and more.
It helps you track your risks of heart disease and other problems, giving
you what you need to know to stay healthy.
