I have been Technical Manager for alt least 20 years in several companies developing and manufacturing industrial equipments. I have been also Operation Manager for several years in a company developing machinery for the food and beverage industry. I have been working as consultant for Bonfiglioli Consulting, a consulting company located in Bologna and specializer about lean organization ( the Toyota lean thinking).
