 Hired to and resolved multiple US Department of Energy audits totaling $15+million in audit
exceptions); effectively managed $23 million budget, developed/implemented strategic and
multi-year plans
 Created partnerships with private sector, individuals, and Government for award-winning
projects and practical applications of energy efficiency and renewal energy technology.
Developed Rebate program, 1st state of the art videoconference facility for Dept of Ed., Renewal
energy grants for Agriculture and Commercial projects; collaboration in construction of
Harmony and Concordia -St. John’s National and Internationally awarded eco-resorts.
 Planned and hosted Regional Energy Conferences and Trade Expositions focusing on renewal
energy/efficiency and regional economic integration attended by 250+ representatives from 14
Caribbean Island nations and 9 States from US.
 Managed culturally/racially diverse professional, technical, and program staff (entry-level
through senior), federal grants, oversight of numerous programs and events, technical and
community education; prepared technical and other reports; introduced strategic planning.
