2. A message from the Project Team
Since the beginning of our MC term 15-16, MC Rang has been endeavouring different ways to transform how we work in
order to achieve our 2015 ambition.
Among these initiatives, Digital Transformation project is forged to not only make AIESEC India more efficient as an
organisation, but also to create virtual touch points to increase customer intimacy. With the help of the world leading
marketing software - Hubspot, we are enabled to track and optimise our website, create automated leads nurturing
workflows and more importantly incorporate the Inbound Philosophy through providing cumulative values to our potential
customers.
After attending Inbound, one of the world best marketing festival, we realised how behind we are as marketers of AIESEC
comparing to the industry. However this also means our potential to capitalise on Inbound to facilitate growth is massive.
Three of our power is limited on the project team, but the excitement of involving more AIESECers in Inbound Marketing is
something we really want to see in the network. It is journey with a lot of uncertainty, but isn’t that exactly how we
transform?

massive amount of content to be created in the
form of blogs, emails and landing pages.
“Our problem is how do we

Researching business practises around the world,
customer intimacy is ensured by professional and
consistent content providers within the company.
However, our current business model is not
allowing us to engage people and create such
amount of content.
