On October 23rd, Logan Saether and Joseph Bagaric held a special webinar where they updated the community on CL's most recent news. They also discussed about our presence at Devcon IV, and more on the use of the EAC with the MakerDAO system.

REFRESHER
MakerDAO and ChronoLogic hosted a joint livestream last month.
During and after the call, developers from both team started to work
together on a blog post.
How can you use the EAC with the MakerDAO debt system that underlies
the DAI stablecoin?
14. 14
USE CASE #1 - SAVING IN DANGER CDP
The underlying asset of your CDP (ether) is volatile, you may be liquidate at
short notice.
You want to set up a trustless recurring check which will send more reserve
asset if the risk of liquidation goes too high.
Use a smart contract to wrap over scheduling and create a list of scheduled
transactions in a whitelist.
These transactions will do a routine check for the collateral level of your CDP
and recursively schedule a new call if it is still safe.

USE CASE #2 - ROUTINE DAI PAYMENT
You want to set up a routine payment using the DAI stablecoin.
For example, let’s say you want to pay down your debt on a CDP you have
open.
Similar to the last case, you deploy a wrapper contract which will recursively
schedule itself and send these payments every interval.
Will repay your debt over time, or can send a recurring payment somewhere
else.
Funds only need to be available at the exact moment, so don’t need to have
all of them up front.
