My primary experience in the nuclear industry has been in outage scheduling, focusing on fast track
refueling outages. I have been an outage scheduler for pre-outage/online and outage work at several
nuclear plants, supporting implementation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), in
which all activities are scheduled to the hour. Leveling resources for ramp up and demobilization of labor
for several project teams and developed project schedules to track activity progress based on critical path
analysis and schedule variances (based on baseline/target schedule) on an hourly basis. Analyze and
report schedule progress and variances at daily management schedule meetings. Determine variance
cause(s) prior to meetings and work with SPOCS to develop recovery plans. Develop and maintain daily

codes, crew codes, calendars, contractor codes, resource codes, cost tracking, critical path
tracking, and other such infrastructure. Develop training materials and conduct training classes
for client management and supervision in scheduling concepts. Develop a Primavera 6 Playbook
that describes how the client will utilize P6 for outage planning and scheduling and how other
entities involved in the outage will load, track and report status on a daily basis. This will include

Provide fleet oversite and analytics for engineering project schedules for 5 nuclear plants in
regards to outage schedules as well as major modifications and regulatory compliance projects
like Fukushima response. Schedule adherence reporting for the fleet and build templates for
major mods to be consistent across the fleet. Support and develop new procedures and
processes for daily schedule adherence for major projects across the fleet and provide daily
reports to fleet managers.

Outage Schedule Lead/SNC Vogtle 3 & 4
Provide oversight of several Operational Readiness schedules. I am currently the lead for three
contract schedulers and control the work flow and priorities within my team to support the
scheduling needs for Operations, Maintenance & Technical Training, Maintenance Procedures,
PM’s & Equipment Reliability, Vogtle 1&2 Interface, Security, Transmission, IT Applications
Development, HR Staffing Plan, Vogtle 3 & 4 Site Scope and Ancillary Buildings, and other
support areas. Passed the Behavioral Principles Oral Board and chaired the Oral Board for my
direct report supplemental staff team members. Organize daily, weekly and monthly schedule
adherence meetings to inform functional areas how to use the scheduling tools to manage their
weekly scheduled starts and finishes. Built the Operations, Maintenance, Chemistry, HP,
Engineering training schedules and also Emergency Response Training for the areas of
Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Programs from line and training personnel input.
Maintained the established level of granularity for these new training schedules along with
ensuring a high degree of fidelity regarding resource loading, assignment of owners, and
sufficient logical relationships. Building a template for the PM’s & Equipment Reliability Schedule
that will have well over 30,000 activities. Provide functional areas with necessary reports, charts,
and graphical representations of schedule related data as needed. Resource leveling training
schedules in several functional areas with the help of the training and line representatives. Being
the first scheduler to attempt resource leveling, I set the standards for appropriate P6 settings and
techniques for my department. P6 administrator for Vogtle 3 & 4, setting up new users with the
correct security profiles and appropriate access to projects. Handle all Cool Compliance P6
access requests, developed and administered P6 Web training in a CBT format.

Outage Scheduler/Vogtle 1&2 for 2R17
Assisted Outage Scheduling Department in the planning and implementation of 2R17. I was
assigned to work with Major Projects, Engineering and Planners to get MDC’s and DCP’s
approved in Maximo and logically tied in the schedule. Worked with Health Physics to properly
resource load their activities and identify when other functional areas needed HP support by
creating support activities and logically tying them in the schedule. I was a part of the Outage
Risk Assessment Team for Reactivity Control and Shutdown Cooling. I coordinated and attended
vertical and horizontal slice reviews. Helped Operations identify and logically schedule tagouts,
worked daily on the “unscheduled bucket” that contained activities pushed from Maximo into P6
and get them logically tied in the schedule. Assisted Westinghouse and SPOCS with Core Exit
Thermal Couples by adding activities and logically tying them into the schedule. Attended new
add and OSCR meetings, and processed OSCRs by approving or disapproving using the Access
data base software. Prepared agendas and result word documents from the outcome of the
OSCR meetings.
Master Scheduler/Contractor for Vogtle 3 & 4
Responsibilities and duties were to build Integrated Operational Readiness Schedules specifically
for Training and IT Applications Roadmap. Setting up detailed schedules and all their activities
performed in Operations, Maintenance, Technical, Simulator Training, and IT Applications.
Building Work Breakdown Structures, adding activities, building relationships, assigning
constraints, formatting schedule data, assigning and analyzing resources and their work
calendars, creating layouts and working with Gantt charts. Organizing daily/weekly/monthly
schedule update meetings determine accurate status of work in progress, help expedite
resolution of issues and address what activities are critical/near critical path. Provided P6 Web

Outage Scheduler/FENOC-Perry Nuclear Power Station
March 2011-June 2011
Incorporated daily status updates into the online schedule. Completed initial schedule
development T-12, that included all work scope and support activities by the end of T-6.
Performed updates to schedule following the "T-" meetings, including all identified logic ties.
Performed the final schedule update following the T-2 final schedule reviews. Pre-outage and
refueling outage scheduling of construction activities including flow accelerated corrosion (FAC)
and in service inspection (ISI). Scheduling of trades including scaffolding carpenters, insulators
and asbestos abatement, pipefitters, iron workers, electricians, machinists, painters, heavy
equipment operators, and radiation safety technicians. Scheduled all Non-Destructive
Engineering (NDE) Work with station’s NDE team to update, report and analyze their schedule.
Created and maintained NDE histograms. Trained junior schedulers in the principals of
scheduling in P6 web.
Outage Scheduler/Contractor for Constellation Energy/ Nine Mile Point
October 2010-March 2011
Responsible for schedule development, integration, implementation and tracking of assigned
nuclear plant systems work as it related to planned and unplanned forced outages, and
scheduled refueling outages. Included long-range planning, work package reviews and
incorporation into the IMS, frequent schedule meetings and multi-departmental interfaces.
Produced and distributed schedules in support of the schedule review meetings and daily/weekly
published schedules. Reviewed open work, and validated work was bundled to minimize
equipment out of service time. Interface with all departments on site and update them on the
progress of the schedules.
Project Controls Scheduler/Contractor for Constellation Energy/ Nine Mile Point
November 2009-April 2010
Schedule development in excess of 2,500 activities in support of an EPU Project for replacement
of the 3rd Point Feed Water Heaters and the 4th Point Heater Drain Pumps and Motors. WBS,

resource loaded, Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques, and target vs. baseline scheduling.
Required close coordination with the Plant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including daily
schedule reviews, integration and contingency planning.

October 2007-February 2008
Responsible for the development, integration and implementation of a project schedule for a
major modification (Iron Pre-Filter Modification). The MOD included on-line, pre-outage and
outage scheduling and coordination / integration in support of Refueling Outage. Produced and
distributed schedules in support of the schedule review meetings and daily/weekly published
schedules. Reviewed open work, and validated work was bundled to minimize equipment out of
service time. Interface with all departments on site and update them on the progress of the
schedules.

  • 3. Outage Scheduler/Vogtle 1&2 for 2R17 Assisted Outage Scheduling Department in the planning and implementation of 2R17. I was assigned to work with Major Projects, Engineering and Planners to get MDC’s and DCP’s approved in Maximo and logically tied in the schedule. Worked with Health Physics to properly resource load their activities and identify when other functional areas needed HP support by creating support activities and logically tying them in the schedule. I was a part of the Outage Risk Assessment Team for Reactivity Control and Shutdown Cooling. I coordinated and attended vertical and horizontal slice reviews. Helped Operations identify and logically schedule tagouts, worked daily on the “unscheduled bucket” that contained activities pushed from Maximo into P6 and get them logically tied in the schedule. Assisted Westinghouse and SPOCS with Core Exit Thermal Couples by adding activities and logically tying them into the schedule. Attended new add and OSCR meetings, and processed OSCRs by approving or disapproving using the Access data base software. Prepared agendas and result word documents from the outcome of the OSCR meetings. Master Scheduler/Contractor for Vogtle 3 & 4 Responsibilities and duties were to build Integrated Operational Readiness Schedules specifically for Training and IT Applications Roadmap. Setting up detailed schedules and all their activities performed in Operations, Maintenance, Technical, Simulator Training, and IT Applications. Building Work Breakdown Structures, adding activities, building relationships, assigning constraints, formatting schedule data, assigning and analyzing resources and their work calendars, creating layouts and working with Gantt charts. Organizing daily/weekly/monthly schedule update meetings determine accurate status of work in progress, help expedite resolution of issues and address what activities are critical/near critical path. Provided P6 Web Training, created PowerPoint and Job Aid, presented training classes for Southern Nuclear employees. Outage Scheduler/FENOC-Perry Nuclear Power Station March 2011-June 2011 Incorporated daily status updates into the online schedule. Completed initial schedule development T-12, that included all work scope and support activities by the end of T-6. Performed updates to schedule following the "T-" meetings, including all identified logic ties. Performed the final schedule update following the T-2 final schedule reviews. Pre-outage and refueling outage scheduling of construction activities including flow accelerated corrosion (FAC) and in service inspection (ISI). Scheduling of trades including scaffolding carpenters, insulators and asbestos abatement, pipefitters, iron workers, electricians, machinists, painters, heavy equipment operators, and radiation safety technicians. Outage Scheduler/Contractor for Constellation Energy/ Nine Mile Point October 2010-March 2011 Responsible for schedule development, integration, implementation and tracking of assigned nuclear plant systems work as it related to planned and unplanned forced outages, and scheduled refueling outages. Included long-range planning, work package reviews and incorporation into the IMS, frequent schedule meetings and multi-departmental interfaces. Produced and distributed schedules in support of the schedule review meetings and daily/weekly published schedules.
