- Have you ever heard the quote “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone?” Most people live out their lives in their comfort zones. Afraid to change, afraid to step out, afraid of the unknown, they stay where they feel safe and where they know all the rules of the game. Most of us live our lives within the limits that we have set for ourselves regarding what we are capable of achieving. Maintaining is a passive form of regression Activity: Ask the participants to introduce themselves to the person next to them and tell them one thing they want to try but haven’t because fear is holding them back.
