Biography: Christian M. McInnis, President and CEO – The McInnis Companies
Mr. McInnis is the President and CEO of The McInnis Companies (C.A. McInnis and
Associates, McInnis Managed Staffing, McInnis Contracting Services, and Advanced
Placement), a group of staffing and management companies that provide staffing and
management service to Fortune 500 Companies. The McInnis Companies have over 230
employees and contractors throughout the country with annual sales in excess of 12
million dollars. He is dedicated to the day to day operations of all companies having
expertise in Operations, Finance, Employment Law, Contract Labor, Clinical Executive
Search, and IT infrastructure. He also serves as the Managing Partner of CAMMCO, a
real estate holding company, with several commercial and residential rental properties in
Connecticut and Florida.
Since 1996, he has served as a certified member of CAPS (Connecticut Association of
Personnel Services), National Employment Law Association, The Society for Clinical
Research Professionals, HIPAA CT Counsel, American Medical Writers Association and
the Academy of Pharmaceutical Physicians. He is a recipient of the Milford Rotary
International, Paul Harris Fellow Award and United Way, Founders Club Award.
McInnis previously served as the Director of Operations and Finance for C.A. McInnis
and Advanced Placement and was the President of McInnis Contracting Services.
Before founding his own company in 2001, he served for 6 years as a Sr. Recruiter, and
later, Director of Information Technology and Operations. He successfully implemented
and managed IT operations as well as E-Business Marketing, Branding and Financial
Operations for both internal and external employees and clients.
McInnis served in a number of business roles prior to his work at The McInnis
Companies. He was responsible for West Coast Sales and Operations for Taylor Made
Golf and served as a member of their PGA Tour - New Product Development Staff.
While working in the consumer golf market, McInnis successfully competed in various
Golden State and PGA tour events, where he and maintained his PGA Players Card for 6
years. He later accepted a position at PLOP Golf where he was responsible for Tour
Marketing and Communications, balancing his sales and marketing expertise in the golf
industry.
2. McInnis holds a BA degree in Marketing from the Professional Golfers Career College/
(San Diego State accreditation) in Temecula CA. He attended Amity High School and
Wilbraham and Munson Academy Prep School.
McInnis serves on numerous boards and committees for: The Milford Bank (Board:
Corporator), The Milford Hospital (Board: Corporator), City of Milford, (Board: Pension
and Retirement), St. Mary’s School (Family Ambassador), Milford Yacht Club
