electronic orientation and medical
technology. Trainings and certificates:
Product calculation, Network design at Cisco,
CSR ISO 2600, Pragmatic Product
management, PMP (Project Management
Proffessionals at PMI).
 Proffesional roles: Product Manager, Project
Manager, Launch Manager, Business
Developer, Account Manager, Technical Sales
Support, System Engineer, etc

 Technology Driven

 The problem I solved:
 To get thousands of people to change and work in the
same way.
 How did I do it:
 Every district appointed a product ambassador who I
had monthly meetings with. The ambassador were
responsible for information in their distict.
 Arranged Roadshows with clear presentations for the
participants to share with co-workers at home. The
presentation clearly explained why the change was
needed.
 What happend:
 Because they understood why the change was
important, they quickly adapted. It also became
popular to attend the roadshows, to get First hand
information.
 The problem I solved:
 Lack of pride and understanding by non-technical
employees in an IT company.
 How did I do it:
 I arranged Product trainings on a high level for new
employees on non-technical roles. The training was
simplified by using examples and metaphors and
omitting technical abbreviations.
 What happend:
 The ”aha..wow”understanding of what the company
truly delivered, increased their satisfaction to work
for the company. It also included them in the
conversation with the co-workers: the technicians.
 The problem I solved:
 To launch a new technology in South Africa without any
known contacts and only one opportunity to travel.
 How did I do it:
 I called the employees and the manager and then
invited them to teleconferences and video meetings. By
having close contact and status updates throughout the
process I successfully managed the Development. When
everything was in place I traveled for the last training
session and launch at the same time.
 What happend :
 The launch exceeded expectations and was much
appreciated. Having status updating meetings and
continously risk management made the project a
success.
