Dining Hall Additions

Banton broke ground on this project,
which consisted of multiple phases,
in 2008. The project was completed
on schedule in August 2010.
The project entailed the renovation
and expansion of the existing Dining
Hall and adjacent spaces on the
University’s main campus. The work
included new and relocated
underground utilities, sprinkler
piping for the existing kitchen area
and direct-burial hot and chilled
water piping.
Throughout the project, Banton
worked closely with both the Owner
and Architect to carefully coordinate
all construction activities in order to
alleviate any disruption to the
University’s daily operations.
For the past several years Banton has
cultivated a close working
relationship with all other members
of the University’s project team. The
Dining Hall project is the latest (and
largest thus far) in a series of
projects that Banton has successfully
completed for the University.
