Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Subject Matter Expert for P&A’s Part Master data, I was responsible for the
documentation of business processes and system requirements, including any
interdependencies across functional areas. I was responsible to assist in the design
of the various Business process, screens, reports, forms, interfaces and data
conversions for MMAL’s “Parts & Accessories" database/system.
Post launch of the SAP ERP system for Mitsubishi, I was responsible for
maintaining the integrity of the Master data. This includes creating queries and
reports to identify any issues from user and automated process.
Major Achievements:
(2013-) Create SAP user Documentation, Processes and procedures. Create
reports to interrogate the integrity of the SAP Master data.
(2010-2012) SAP Subject Matter Expert responsible for the development and
conversions of the P&A Part Master data and Parts Catalogue/Bill of Materials.
The conversion of the data amounted to over 20 million records that had to be
extracted from the legacy system and loaded into SAP ECC.
The whole process was documented and audited to ensure that the data
integrity for MMAL’s business was maintained.
