dishes. While Lempah Kuning is a food similar
to fish soup with a yellow sauce. Lempah
Kuning also contains many spices such as
shallots, garlic, turmeric, red chilies, galangal
and belacan.

3. The main ingredient of gangan soup is fresh
mackerel, which is mixed with chili, onion,
galangal and turmeric spices. Besides being
savory, this food has a very delicious spicy
taste. With the spices, even though this soup
contains fish, it doesn't have a fishy smell at
all. In addition to using fish, gangan soup is
also processed with beef called Gangan
Darat.

4. Lakso is a food shaped like noodles. However,
unlike most noodles which use wheat flour, lakso is
made from rice flour mixed with sago flour.
Because this lakso is made from 2 kinds of flour,
that's what makes the color of the noodles white.
Lakso is usually served with fish sauce mixed with
yellow coconut milk which makes it taste delicious.
Meanwhile, spices such as coriander, candlenut,
shallot, turmeric make the aroma and taste richer.
Lakso was originally made as a snack, but later
this food was developed and became a heavy
meal.

5. Mie Koba is a typical Bangka Belitung food
served with mackerel. The boiled mackerel is
then ground, then sauteed and boiled again
with various spices such as nutmeg, cloves,
coriander, palm sugar and cinnamon. To add
flavor, this noodle is added with a squeeze
of key lime juice which is similar to lime.

6. Just like lakso, pantiaw has white noodles. But
what makes the Pantiaw different is that it is
wide and flat, besides that this noodle has a
chewy texture. The seasoning that is usually
used at Pantiaw is made from ground fish as
a topping, then doused with boiled bakwan
sauce. In addition, this food can also be
enjoyed without sauce, only with ground fish
seasoning, a sprinkling of fried onions and
celery. This dish is made from rice flour and
wheat flour.
