Organizational Timeline
In December 2019 we will look into getting some funding for our rentals and air BnB. We want to
secure a second loan from a second lien holder to purchase the properties. (ie: Gap funding).
In the first year from the end of December 2019 - December 2020 we will secure the Two rentals and
Air BnB. By the end of December 2020 we will start on our first fix and flip. We will then plan on doing
at least 5 fix and flips our first year. Then 10 each year after. In the beginning year of the business
(December 2019) we will assign different task of the business to family members then if we need to we
will hire a virtual assistant.

The demand for real estate is expected to increase in the future and we plan on capitalizing on this
market by buying, fixing and flipping real estate and selling contracts. We will also invest in some rental

The only threat to the company at this point would be lack of putting 100% time, effort and full time
hours in working the business. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication ( being consistent) to be
successful in the business we plan on working full time to get the job done.
